Bulgaria is becoming a preferred tourist destination in Europe

The Department of Tourism and the European Association of Tour Operators and Travel Agents (ETAA) will join forces in a joint collaboration to promote Bulgaria as a tourist destination and designate it as an ETAA destination of choice for 2024, Tourism Minister Zaritsa Dinkova announced.

The project will promote the development of our country's mountain and marine tourism, natural parks, and rich culture and history, the minister explained. She added that this represents an opportunity for the industry, as the ESTAA network includes over 80,000 travel agencies.

The European Association and the Ministry will cooperate through mutual exchange of information, knowledge, experience and through consultations at expert level.
