How much will it cost to spend a holiday in Bulgaria this summer?

How much will a vacation on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria cost this season? Hoteliers and tour operators along the coast assure us that there won't be any sharp price increases, despite rising average salaries and inflation. Industry experts predict that if there is an increase in tour package prices, it won't exceed 10%. Thus, an overnight stay in a four-star hotel will cost between 80 and 120 leva per night.
«"At this stage, there are no price increases for vacations; right now, it's the opposite. Early booking discounts are available until the season starts, and they can reach 30%. We've announced prices a year in advance. No self-respecting hotelier would raise prices right now. On the contrary, if there are early bookings, tourists pay for these reservations, and hoteliers can use this money instead of using credit," said hotelier Yancho Parushev.
«"Increasing the minimum wage will certainly have some impact on the tourism industry, especially in summer tourism. The main cost is seasonal workers. But we can't expect a dramatic increase. Colleagues say that during this phase, prices for both accommodation and vacations will increase by between 5-101 TP3T," added Kristina Slavova from the Burgas Regional Tourism Chamber.
At the same time, it is noted that prices for umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach will increase due to an increase in concession fees from the state.
